K1 Magazine - topic among others: Club restaurant before the end: What will become of the Amore mio?
Salvatore + Julia Balbo run the restaurant "Amore mio" in Lower Franconia. But the club restaurant of TSV Collenberg does not generate enough turnover. Creations like "Pizza Schalke" and Einheits-Burger do not convince the guests. On top of that, the leaseholder and the club board are at odds. Can star chef Frank Rosin lead the emotional host on a successful path? The "K1 Magazin" visited Collenberg again four months later.
