My Job - Your Job - Upper Bavarian Chocolatiers in Panama
In this episode, two chocolatiers from Upper Bavaria swap places with two cocoa producers from Panama. Antonia + Martha travel to the community of Oreba in the highlands of Panama. There, the Upper Bavarians are allowed to help with the cocoa harvest + the traditional production of chocolate. In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the colleagues from Panama learn what can be made from cocoa mass: Chef Linus makes chocolates, chocolate figures + spreads with Edilsa and Leny. And he brings the two cocoa producers into contact with snow for the first time in their lives.
