The world of work is changing, not least because of the pandemic. In the stern TV special "How does Germany work?" Pinar Atalay and Marco Schreyl shed light on how home office, mobile working and flexible time models are helping to shape the working world of today. How satisfied are workers in Germany? Which jobs are falling victim to digitalisation + what is the real state of equality in companies and offices?
Viewers can participate interactively in the programme via live voting. The questions include: "Do you like going to work?" and "Would you choose your profession again? Pinar Atalay and Marco Schreyl also discuss jobs of the future + the introduction of a 4-day week in Germany with influencers Felix von der Laden + Evelyn Gundlach (91), entrepreneur Eva-Maria Meijnen and investor Frank Thelen. The two also welcome a plant mechanic and a male midwife as guests on the topic of role models + prejudices in the profession.
